Surti ponk- 1 cup (Ponk is fresh Jowar crop from farm which is roasted in fire)
Besan-1 /2 cup
Rice flour - ½ cup
Salt to taste
Chilli ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Sodabicarb - a pinch
Ankur Groundnut Oil- to fry
Grind fresh green ponk into a coarse paste without water.
Add besan and rice flour, chilli ginger garlic paste, salt and sodabicarb to it and mix it well.
Make small flat vadas and dip fry in hot Ankur Groundnut Oil till golden brown in colour.
Serve it hot with chutney or ketchup.
